Know about Sleeping

For good health you need good sleep. Nowadays with fast moving life , sleep seems like a luxury. Doctors and scientists say that good sleep is very much needed. If we do not sleep well it will result in lack of concentration, poor memory and mood upsets. By sleeping well your immune system and nervous system works properly. It helps in growth of your brain cells. Lack of sleep will make things difficult.People get up in the morning and fall asleep during work. For children of age from 5 to 12 need an average of 9 hours of sleep and for adults,a minimum of 7 hours of sleep is necessary. The lack of sleep routine can lead to burn out syndrome.Lack of sleep is a common scenario found in BPOs.So people do not spoil your health,do sleep well and take care of your health.
