I have been using the Apple Watch Series 7 as a part of my daily routine for the past 8 months, relying on its features like workout tracking and sleep tracking. • Average weekly workout tracking and sleep tracking: Throughout my usage, I have been actively using the Apple Watch Series 7 for workout tracking and sleep tracking. On average, I engage in workouts around 4 days a week, utilizing the watch's capabilities to monitor my progress and stay motivated. Additionally, I rely on the sleep tracking feature to monitor my sleep patterns and ensure I am getting enough rest for optimal health.
• Current battery percentage: After 8 months of usage, I have noticed a significant decrease in battery performance. The battery percentage of my Apple Watch Series 7 currently stands at 93%. Few things I like my IT life and in my company

In one of my earlier articles published, I might have detailed the concerns or things that were bothering me in my current company and in this article, I wanted to list down the things that I like in my current IT life and at my company. • Work-Life balance on daily lifestyle: For most IT people, the work-life balance depends on the project that they work and the assignments that they get from the Client. Fortunately for me, I was able to get into a project or work, where I could get some time to look after my personal work and spend some time with my family on a regular basis.
• No weekend support and relaxed work: Other than the routine work-life balance, one another important thing about working in IT is that providing support during weekend and work pressure during certain time. Fortunately for me in the current company, there were NO or minimal support during the weekend and the work was comfortable, where I could finish it off with ease due to longer duration in the company.

Above listed things are based on my personal experience, and it varies from person to person based on their needs or family commitments. • Lack of unique stand-out feature other than temperature sensor: Another disappointing announcement from Apple on Watch Series 8 was that there was no unique features or enhancements to the product other than temperature sensors. Even with the temperature sensors availability, most enthusiasts thought that Apple would bring in additional health monitoring features and to my surprise, there was not a single mention about new health monitoring other than women’s menstrual cycle tracking.

In recent times, there has been a huge increase in attrition rates across the IT companies and most professionals prefer higher package while switching. My perception on Apple Music and Apple Arcade service in Apple One Bundle

With continuation to earlier article detailing about Apple One benefits and its impact for me while subscribing to its services. I had earlier detailed about my impact towards iCloud storage plan and Apple TV subscription service, in this article I wanted to detail about the other two services that were included in the Apple One bundle. • Apple Music: It is one of my favorite services in the bundle that I would select by default for two main reasons. One is for the recently announced Lossless feature support for the entire music catalogue and the other is the most sought-after Dolby Atmos sound quality for the songs. 
• Apple Arcade: I used to get hooked into iPad or iPhone games often and with Apple Arcade I was left with oscillation of whether I should stay away from the games or get into the subscription for its stunning graphics quality games. Either ways I was not that attracted towards Apple arcade games, and I would not lose or miss out any feature by opting out of these services. 

From above descriptions, Apple One subscription is not my cup of tea and missing out this subscription will not harm in any means. Not able to lock and collaborate in Excel - Office 365 disadvantages

As part of opting to OneDrive online cloud storage option, the added benefits the users get is the exclusive access to office applications and family sharing up to 6 members. However, recently when I explored the usage of Excel applications with my family and business, I met a strange problem. I wanted the detail the same in this article for my readers. 

• Locking files and collaboration: I wanted to create online sheet for my business users to update daily sales and expenses. The sheet should be restricted only to certain business employees and should be accessible by my partner. However, the business users should have restricted access to the sheet and should be able to edit the sheet only when they enter pre-defined passcode or password. Additionally, the excel file should be accessible via shareable link and other family members should also be able to view the updates happening. 
• I understand that Excel has password protection mode in-built, however when the password protection is enabled, the collaboration mode does not work as it was intended and does not store the updates in online cloud. Once the shared excel file is edited, the file had to be stored from the scratch and shared link does not reflects the updates. 

So, the Excel office 365 does not allow users to password lock the file and collaborate with other family members. Also, the latest M1X processors might be available only on 12-inch MacBook, 14 inch and 16-inch models.

Completed unwanted task list from Onsite team

After clarification from the onsite team, my entire focus should be on the task list shared and not to work on any other suggestions or comments from my manager or any other person for that matter. Job loss during Coronavirus

To recap shortly, I took a long vacation before Covid-19 pandemic striking across country and got mail communication from my office that my job is secured, and the situation would not impact my salary structure. Therefore, to reiterate about my past days, I have been working on the service request for a long time and there have been no updates from the on-site team about the deck shared. I have already worked with the same delivery person on many service requests earlier and not even one was so complicated and irritating than this one. Smooth review call, however got escalated to my manager

So, the offshore delivery POC and I was working hard to address as much as comments possible, shared by the offshore lead before the scheduled call. But we were able to address only few of those comments and was expecting the other comments to be addressed by the on-site team. The call started and I was running through the updates that was made in the daytime to the on-site team and was detailing the comments shared by the offshore delivery lead and was requesting their support to address those comments. Opportunity with very short turn around time

After conversion initially about the level of support required for the opportunity that required support even on weekends and was on tight deadlines, I was anxiously looking forward for the next day’s call with accounts team and to my surprise they were looking only for minimal support. I took the early morning call from home and was conveyed about minimal work that I had to do for the day. I went to office and immediately started to work on the deck and I was able to finish within less than an hour and I sent the same post 3 hours. I called the delivery expert to check the outcome of the deck I had shared and he was completely impressed with the outcome. So, after finishing the work in less than an hour, I was completely having fun at office by browsing through videos and checking out new shopping deals. No sign of rain slowing down on first day

After closing my office laptop with 30% of battery, I continued to browse through random stuff in my MacBook bro and still I kept it in the hotspot mode. Now the harder part started, I had old Samsung galaxy phone and an iPod Touch 5th generation, since the electricity was not there for a very long time I had charged both these devices to 100% and been browsing in my MacBook Pro. By around 7 PM I felt the harder pain, that my MacBook pro had run out of juice and since I have been using it has a hotspot, every other device which had dependency to internet lost the connection. While all these things were happening, there was continuous downpour of nonstop rain and for the first time during my entire stay at the apartment, I left my home and went to the portico to check out the things happening. When I stepped out I saw monster rains blasting left, right and center without any sign of slowing down and I spent few minutes there and went back to home.
